Ageing transformers in the field often carry degraded or corroded radiators that compromise thermal performance and system reliability. Tegra Engineers specialises in the replacement of 520 mm width radiators — the standard fitment on a vast installed base of older distribution and power transformers across India.
- Direct drop-in replacement engineered to fit 520 mm width radiator slots — no modifications to the transformer tank required.
- New radiators feature significantly improved corrosion resistance through enhanced surface treatment — SA 2½ grit blasting, epoxy primer, and PU topcoat.
